Shipping Policy
Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.
SHIPPING TO ALTERNATE ADDRESS
If you will not be home to sign for your order, Studio of Ptah can ship your order to your place of work, or another more convenient destination. As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, when you order merchandise priced $1000 or more to be delivered to a destination other than your billing address, we will confirm that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
All orders are insured and shipped free via FedEx Priority Overnight®, FedEx 2Day®, or FedEx Ground® delivery service, based on the pre-tax value of your order. For your choice we also allow UPS and USPS.
- Studio of Ptah will only ship to a street address, not a P.O. Box address.
- Signature requirements for delivery:
- For orders totaling $1,000 or more, a signature is required, regardless of any waivers you may have.
- For orders under $1,000, may require a signature.
- If you are unable to be available for signature on a weekday, we can arrange a Saturday delivery for an additional fee. 212-343-9706 and we will arrange this for you.
International Shipping
Studio of Ptah offers International shipping via FedEx and other carriers into 44 countries.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The customs office of the destination country may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges to your international order where applicable. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. When your order arrives at customs either our shipper, FedEx, or the customs office will contact you directly to arrange for the payment of any charges that may be due.
The table below shows examples of estimated duty and tax rates. Please be advised that Studio of Ptah has no control over these charges. The actual amount charged by customs may differ from the rates below. Please contact your local customs office for further details.
