Return PolicyCustom made items are non-returnable. Items must be unworn and unused to qualify for returns. All items returned within 14 days of delivery are refundable, refunds are not given after 14 days, only store credit. There are no refunds or exchanges given after 28 days of delivery. All items are thoroughly checked for usage. Items are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 28 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. All returns may be mailed to our Customer Service Department located at 55-59 Chrystie St., Suite 408, NY, NY, 10002.
