To order any Studio of Ptah design simply refer to the design's "Item Number" found in the descriptions tab, and call our showroom (212.343.9706) or Email your request from the form in our contact section. We will contact you within 24 hours to go over the details of your order and quote a price.
Studio of Ptah requires a deposit of at least 40% of the total price to begin the process. Most orders are completed within 14 days. Once the order is completed you will be contacted to arrange for shipment and to settle the final balance. Items are shipped via Fed-Ex, or USPS (your choice).
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Personal Check, PayPal and Money Order. To accept credit card payments above $500 over the phone, Studio of Ptah requires our clients to scan and email or text a photos of a valid Drivers License or ID and the credit card (both front and back) used to make the purchase.
