A: Yes.  Because Studio of Ptah 's designs are made to order, we can make any item on our site to the client’s specifications.  For example, if you see a piece in Yellow gold and want it in Platinum or Rose Gold or a combination of both metals we can do it.  Or maybe you like a design feature of one item and want to apply it to a different design we can do that. Perhaps you’d rather all diamonds instead of Emeralds or Rubies.  We encourage people to be involved in the creative process of their piece so that it reflects their individual tastes as well as who they are.

A: Yes.  To begin an order we require a non-refundable deposit over 40% of the total price.  We require a deposit because each order we execute for a client is made specifically for that client.  So we’ll need a commitment in the form of a deposit to begin to the process.

Unlike most Custom Fine Jewelry Companies that creates jewelry to order, it takes S.o.Ptah just 2 weeks to complete most orders; not including shipping time.

A:  We ship all of our packages using Express Mail Services.  One has the option of choosing Fed-ex or UPS delivery as well.  The tracking number will be communicated to the client and all delivery confirmations are verified. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Q: Will S.O.Ptah make custom designs from my concepts? Back to questions

A: Most definitely.  Original concepts can be handcrafted although we ask that it be of spiritual or cultural significance for us to do it.  To complete original custom designs we would need to be faxed or emailed a picture or drawing of the idea to work from.  For original custom work we do require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total balance up front. Once the jewelry piece is complete, we will email you a photo of the final piece for your approval. If you are happy with the jewelry piece, the final balance is due prior to shipping. Q: What if the jewelry I purchased does not fit? Back to questions

A: It is important to us that your jewelry fits properly.  If you would like to adjust the item to a different size, please contact us.  After you return the item to us we will resize your jewelry.  You will need to send a money order with the returned item to cover the cost of shipping and handling.
