Shipments
We fully insure each order all the way to you. That means that when your order is in transit to you, shipment is always risk-free. For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all orders.

Website Information 
Studio of Ptah makes every effort to ensure that our online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in great detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, color and size may vary slightly. In compliance with industry standards and FTC regulations, Studio of Ptah, states that carat total weight in all purchases may vary 0.05 carats from stated weight. On the Studio of Ptah site, we display the dimensions of our products. As with any measurement small discrepancies in any measurements taken can vary from item to item. For items containing multiple diamonds, we list the average grade and measurement for color, clarity, and carat weight. These averages are calculated by adding all grades or measurements that comprise the inventory with regard to that particular piece of merchandise, and determining the closest mean grade or measurement.

Sale Tax
Currently sale tax is only collected on orders shipped to addresses in New York State.
